Under the supervision of the Division Director of Treatment Services, directs the overall operations of the Adult Treatment Services team. Areas of responsibility include staff supervision and training, fiscal management, program development, license and contract adherence, quality assurance/outcome management, support for fund-raising, community networking, and volunteer utilization. Work with leadership to carry out goals of the CCBHC grant. 


Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision
    • Hire, train, evaluate, and coach employees.
    • Provide clinical supervision and weekly case review.
    • Ensure that client and facility documentation is completed in UWITS and in accordance with program policies and procedures (day-of-service).
    • Resolve disputes, complaints, and grievances between staff and/or clients. 
  • Fiscal Management
    • Participate with the Director of Treatment Services and the Director of Accounting in monthly budget review meetings to stay informed regarding the status of finances.
    • Manage purchasing and accurate financial coding related to daily program operations.
  • Develop and revise client services to continue to meet the needs of clientele. 
  • Contract Compliance
    • Operate treatment programs within licensing standards
  • Manage outcomes by measuring the quality of services provided through audits, reviews, observations and client feedback. Collaborate with Reports and Data Manager to generate outcomes.
  • Network with the community.
    • Attend meetings with contractors, providers and other organizations whose services impact clients.
    • Develop and maintain contacts with local business and community organizations, law enforcement, court representatives, vendors, and community groups.
  • Perform clinical assessments and maintain caseload. Productivity expectation is 25%.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in a social service field, and license as LCSW, CMHC, Ph.D.
    • Two years post-licensure preferred.
  • Proficient with use of ASAM.
  • Supervisory and administrative experience required.
  • Previous work with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and adapt to change.
  • Organized, detail oriented, self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; flexibility to respond to changes.
