Payroll Coordinator

Schedule: Full-time, benefits-eligible positions. Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with some flexibility
Pay: $19 to $19.25/hr

Our Human Resources and Accounting teams care about each other, the work we do, and the clients we serve. Perform a variety of payroll, human resources, and accounting duties as assigned.

You will:

  • Process timesheets and payroll (biweekly), enter all related payroll changes.
  • Complete employment/income verifications,
  • Support the wellness council including promoting activities, tracking participation, and awarding incentives related to goal completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service on all payroll/accounting related questions from managers and employees.
  • Perform tasks related to the Human Resources function: maintain electronic files, manage online training system, order business cards and employee recognition items.
  • Prepare payroll general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet entries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of payroll and accounting experience.
  • Understanding of payroll processes. Experience with Paylocity helpful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to use a computer, phone, and copier.
  • Cheerful with a good sense of humor.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing quality customer service.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Punctual and dependable attendance.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
